Real Estate Senior Associate Solicitor - Birmingham city centre

This is a chance to join a small but busy team and take the lead on all things Commercial Property.

The team are looking for somebody with a strong grounding in landlord & tenant work and acquisitions & disposals. This is a great opportunity to join (likely at Senior Associate level) and take on the mantle of the property work.

There is no need to have a client following - there is an existing and varied client base. A lot of the work is dealing with international clients.

The role would suit somebody who wants to work in a large and joined-up practice but away from the very big international firms.

The firm can offer opportunities to progress within the business and also international travel to meet clients and counterparts.

The team tend to be in the office 4 days a week (with some potential flexibility for 3 days once established and settled). There is a good work/life balance.
