This role can be based in either our clients Manchester or Liverpool office.

Job Description

As a Real Estate NQ/Associate/Senior Associate you will deal with a range of matters including:

  • Provide top-tier advice to a broad range of clients in the Real Estate sector, many of which are household names.
  • Support transactional work in real estate, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the global network to offer comprehensive legal services.
  • Keep abreast of industry changes and adapt strategies to meet evolving client needs.
  • Participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of client training programmes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate NQ/Associate/Senior Associate should have experience of real estate work at a similar sized firm. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
