Job Description

As a Real Estate Associate your duties will include:

  • Providing expert legal advice to clients on real estate investment and management.
  • Preparing and reviewing property documentation and contracts.
  • Navigating complex property law issues and providing innovative solutions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Staying abreast of changes in real estate law and regulations.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the department's strategic planning.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of real estate transactions.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of services by sharing knowledge and experience.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Associate should have 1-3 PQE dealing with real estate matters. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
