Job Description

  • Overseeing the onboarding process of new clients within the tax department.
  • Managing a dedicated team of onboarding specialists.
  • Ensuring all client needs and requirements are adequately met in a timely manner.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the onboarding process.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new clients.
