Job Description

  • Use Salesforce to process and correct any credits and reinvoices generated by our QR team.
  • Through processing credits and reinvoices, interpreting and analysing data - Strong ability to work with complex data and present the information in a clear, logical, and concise way.
  • Attention to detail to drive accuracy and ensure high billing accuracy.
  • Resolving any billing issues created from amendments.
  • Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships within our QR team and across Finance Operation teams where applicable.
  • Champion & drive the query resolution process within other departments.
  • Managing 4 mailboxes including the Dunning process.
  • Occasional ad hoc projects and tasks and determined by the Head of QR.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in a finance role and possess transferable skills and experience.
  • Ideally experience of working within Salesforce.
  • Strong experience of using Excel including Pivot Tables and Lookup capability
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
