They are renowned for their commitment to quality and innovation and operate within a large scale, setting them apart as industry leaders.Job DescriptionCreate and implement best practice quality vision, strategy, policies and processes to aid business improvement performance.Ensuring a proactive culture so that customers receive our products and services to the highest standards of quality possible.Support the Compliance Manager to maintain the Quality Management systems for ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 and including third party external audits.With the support of relevant departments, maintain the Quality Management System and ensure compliance within the whole company.Manage the investigation of quality issues arising from IPQC, FQC, OQC, non-confirming product, field complaints and returns.To manage Quality Control plans using a risk management-based approach. Utilising the MRP system to record and control pass/ fail criteriaSupport production by creating inspection criteria and checking first off production items for ECNs and new product launches.To support the Compliance Manager with internal audits within the company.
