Job Description
- Manage procurement systems, ensuring data accuracy and system effectiveness.
- Analyse and optimise the procurement process to ensure efficiency.
- Provide reports and data analysis to support strategic decision making.
- Work collaboratively with the Procurement & Supply Chain team to meet department objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of new procurement systems.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers and negotiate contracts as required.
- Regularly review and update procurement policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Purchasing & Systems Analyst' should have:
- Experience working with SAP Ariba
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of procurement systems and processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of healthcare industry regulations related to procurement.
