Job Description

The successful candidate for the Property Solicitor position based in Reading will hold the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee all property-related transactions
  • Provide legal advice on property acquisitions and disposals
  • Review legal documents related to property management
  • Ensure all property transactions are conducted smoothly
  • Handle any issues/problems which may arise
  • Implementing legal strategies to mitigate risk
  • Coordinating with external solicitors as needed

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Property Solicitor will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Qualified solicitor
  • 5+ years PQE
  • Proven track record of working within property teams
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong communication skills
