Job Description

  • Handle a variety of property disputes, ensuring all cases are managed effectively.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property law matters.
  • Liaise with other professionals and departments to ensure optimal client service.
  • Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop innovative legal solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in property law.
  • Manage own caseload which will comprise a mixture of housing and leasehold management.
  • Property litigation including injunctions, possession claims, disrepair, service charge disputes, cases before the FTT and non-contentious matters such as policy advice.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Property Disputes Associate should have:

  • A degree in law from a recognised university.
  • Qualification as a solicitor in the UK.
  • Proven experience in handling property disputes.
  • Excellent knowledge of property law.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
