Job DescriptionAs a Construction Project Manager, you will managing multiple construction and refurbishment projects of individual M&B premises aligned to a specific geographical region with individual annual projects ranging in value from £100K to £1mil.You will successfully project manage a blend of an estimated 25+ Projects on a rolling annual basis including and not limited to a blend of acquisition, conversion, growth, refurbishment and profit driver plans for your allocated Division and/or Brand.You will deliver your aligned projects and programme safely, to the approved budget, to the correct quality and to the agreed programmeYou will draw on your expertise to propose cost-effective design solutions to maximise returns, whilst maintaining brand standards to drive market share in a competitive hospitality marketplaceYou will be building and maintaining successful key stakeholder partnerships across your brand, division and/or the business, this is a vital part of the role and will determine your success in roleYou will also liaise externally with Statutory authorities and internally across multiple departments in the organisationYou will draw on your experience and ability to positively influence external consultants, contractors and suppliers in order to deliver a high-quality product safely, within budget and on timeThe Successful Applicant A Professional Qualification is desirable but not essentialA high degree of self motivationClear and concise methods of communication and presentationStrong drive for problem solving and continuous improvementSound and proven experience within a construction Project Management role, preferably within the leisure/retail/hospitality sectorProven record of delivering multi-disciplinary projects at an extremely fast pacePrevious experience delivering with similar project sizes, budgets, types and volumesAbility to manage multiple concurrent or competing demandsA full and valid UK Driving LicenseWhat's on Offer55-67k salary6.2k car allowanceAnnual Corporate Bonus Scheme - We're all about rewarding the hard work everybody puts inPension Plan26 days paid annual leave, plus the option to buy an extra 15 days holidayRegular and structured CPD SessionsPrivate medical plan, which provides family coverDenPlanFlexible working - to work around the other important things in lifeShare save schemesLove eating out?
