Leading Insurance business going through a growth phase looking to hire 2 Project Managers with experience within an Agile environment.

Job Description

Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

  • Lead cross functional internal and external teams to deliver the capabilities, objectives and outcomes of projects to agreed Time, Cost and Quality measures
  • Use a variety of project management techniques and innovative ways of working to deliver change at pace
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure effective project delivery
  • Ensure safe implementation of Change through active engagement and collaboration with impacted business areas
  • Drive a high performance culture, owning your development plan and learning about industry best practice
  • Act as a role model for the Department, delivering professional Change Management Services to the Group
  • Implement, manage and execute appropriate project processes and controls, in line with project governance frameworks, to ensure effective governance and control of the project throughout itslifecycle. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Finances & Resourcing: robust cost challenge and management (budgets, forecasting, resource utilisation)
    • Risk & Issue Management: Appropriate identification, management and resolution
    • Planning: Creation of detailed project plans with teams, ongoing management, dependency management
    • Scope control: robust management of scope and use of change control
    • Benefits Management: Drive in the plan and support Business Owners in management and realisation
    • Reporting: Simple, concise, accurate project reporting suitable for Exec audience and team
  • Active contribution to Continuous Improvement within the Practice, Department and Organisation

The Successful Applicant

Experienced Project Manager who has delivered medium to large projects and has some experience working in an Agile Environment.

Ideally if you have come from a financial services or regulatory background
