They also manage commercial cut and carve and fit-out projects, ranging in value from £30m to £50m. They have recently seen the resurgence of 2 schemes that had been shelved, now revived post-refinancing.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will work with a Senior Project Manager on a major account, encompassing up to 13 projects over the next 3-4 years. The role will also involve working on at least 2 other projects.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing and executing projects from inception to completion.Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met.Preparing and managing project budgets and timelines.Implementing project management best practices and methodologies.Identifying, tracking, and mitigating potential project risks.Delivering regular project updates to senior management.Fostering positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Performing contract administration roles.The Successful ApplicantA successful Project Manager should have:Proven experience in managing new build projects.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Extensive experience as a Project Manager in a consultancy or client-side environment.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality projects.What's on OfferGenerous holiday leave and a range of incentives.Opportunity to work for an agile company with a transparent and supportive culture.Opportunities for professional growth and development within the property industry.The opportunity to join a growing team with a clear path for expansion.The recruitment process will involve a 3-stage process.
