Project Delivery Lead - Drive Strategic Success

What You'll Do:

Own project vision and delivery, working closely with business leaders to achieve key outcomes and benefits.
Build, inspire, and manage dynamic project teams, resolving challenges and fostering innovation.
Develop and control budgets, business cases, and benefits realisation plans.
Ensure robust governance, clear communication, and seamless stakeholder alignment.
Manage dependencies, resources, risks, and performance metrics to keep projects on track.
Embed continuous improvement and best practices across the project lifecycle.

What You Bring:

Proven experience leading complex projects from concept to completion.
Strong collaboration skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Expertise in governance, risk management, and financial controls.
Data-driven mindset with a knack for strategic planning and execution.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related; MBA or Master's in Strategy/Project Management preferred.
10+ years in project management or strategy roles, with consulting or corporate strategy experience a plus.
Skilled in project methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum certifications a bonus).
Proven track record delivering projects in Corporate, Retail, or Mixed-use sectors.
Strong commercial and financial insight.
Experienced in leading diverse teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
Detail-oriented with a strategic, analytical mindset.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Fluent in Business English; international experience is a plus.
