Job Description

  • Leading and managing construction surveying projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensuring all projects adhere to set budgets and timelines.
  • Implementing risk management processes to mitigate any potential project pitfalls.
  • Producing and presenting regular project reports to senior management.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and suppliers.
  • Ensuring all projects comply with necessary industry regulations and standards.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Investment Project Lead Surveyor should have:

  • A degree in Surveying or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of the not-for-profit sector and its unique challenges.
  • Proven experience leading construction surveying projects.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
