Job Description

  • Manage procurement and supply chain operations within the Professional Services division.
  • Drive strategic and commercial decisions to ensure best value and efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Lead and manage a team, fostering an environment of collaboration and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
  • Monitor market trends and incorporate findings into strategic planning.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs to assess effectiveness of procurement strategy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Professional Services Commercial Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Experience in managing procurement and supply chain operations, ideally within the public sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement policies and regulations.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and incorporate findings into strategy.
