Job Description

  • Develop and implement productivity improvement strategies within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives across all areas of operation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment of productivity goals.
  • Monitor and report on productivity metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Productivity Development Manager should have:
