They are looking for a process driven person with experience in planning and a passion for people management to assist them in driving the business forward for 2025 and beyond. Job DescriptionThe Production Manager will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business unit.Responsibilities will include:Ownership of the production plan and its implementationWorking with engineering to ensure drawings are available for productionLiaising with customers on status of ordersWorking closing with purchasing to ensure all materials are available for productionCreating standard operating procedures for the departmentOrganising dispatch of orders both within the UK and internationallyPromoting a culture focussed on continuous improvementDeveloping a small team of c.10 employees focussed on successThe Successful ApplicantSuccessful candidates will have a strong manufacturing background and a proven ability in implementing systems and processes.
