They are looking for an analytical Production Manager with a background in lean manufacturing and a passion for people management to assist them in driving the business forward for 2025 and beyond.Job DescriptionThe Production Manager will form part of the senior leadership team of this impressive business and will have full responsibility for running a fast-paced manufacturing process, focusing on H&S, product quality and output/OEE.Reporting into the Operations Manager you will be tasked with delivering inspirational leadership, effective coaching and developing a culture of success through a team of 4 direct reports, and a wider team of 30+.Other day to day responsibilities will include:Ownership of the production plan and its implementationDelivering to stringent on time and in full targetsAdhering to budget requirementsPromoting a culture focussed on continuous improvementDeveloping high performing teamsImplementing additional KPIs to drive performance and successWorking in conjunction with stakeholders from other departments on key projectsActing as an agent for changeThe Successful ApplicantSuccessful candidates will have a strong, fast-paced manufacturing background and a proven ability in coaching and developing teams.
