They are renowned for their commitment to quality and innovation and operate within a large scale, setting them apart as industry leaders.Job DescriptionProvide leadership to a team of supervisors/team leaders, fostering alignment with company objectives and values.Mentor and guide supervisors/team leaders to excel in their roles, ensuring effective team leadership and collaboration.Develop and nurture a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Co-ordinate, manage and motivate direct reports, and all shop floor employees, to achieve the planned invoiced sales schedules on due dates, to the specified quality, at minimum production/packing costs.Plan the direct labour and associated resources, to achieve the scheduled production, taking account of holidays. The authorisation for overtime working and for the requisition of temporary and permanent resources, as appropriate. This will include as a minimum, monthly capacity planning for each area.Develop and execute training programs to ensure the production team/s are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel. The target must be significant versatility across tasks, cells, departments, and sites.Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration for new team membersIn all work that we do, priority should be given to eliminating problems, error proofing processes and product design to prevent quality problems.
