Job Description

  • Optimise production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all operations.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new manufacturing systems.
  • Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities as needed.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Engineer should have:

  • A solid educational background in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience within the FMCG industry or a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
