Job Description

  • Manage the lifecycle of our products from conception through to retirement
  • Identify and fill product gaps, leading to increased customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Drive product launches with well-structured go-to-market plans
  • Obtain and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements and features
  • Stay updated with market trends to ensure the company's products remain competitive
  • Work with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to deliver products that meet market needs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Manager should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or relevant field
  • Proven experience (2-7 years) as a Product Manager or similar role in the life science, medical device (outside body) or consumer electronic industry
  • Knowledge of market research, data analysis and product lifecycle management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
