Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Conduct market research to identify procurement opportunities.
  • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Oversee risk management within the supply chain.
  • Prepare procurement reports for senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in a procurement role within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills.
