Job Description

  • Manage and lead procurement activities related to ERP implementation.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with the institution's objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Support the development and delivery of procurement training programmes.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Manager ERP implementation should have:

  • A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing procurement activities, particularly in relation to ERP implementation.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and strategies.
  • Experience in the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
