Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to maximise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt procurement strategies accordingly.
  • Promote best practice in procurement and supplier relationship management.
  • Manage risks related to procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Procurement & Supply Chain department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement and SRM Partner should have:

  • An background in Public Sector Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier relationship management.
  • Knowledge of market trends in the Not for Profit and Charities sector.
