Job Description

  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors
  • Assist with negotiations for new vendor contracts
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new vendors
  • Ensure the vendor management system is kept up to date with accurate and relevant information
  • Implement and track performance metrics to monitor vendor service levels, quality, and compliance, conducting regular reviews and audits
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, and various business units, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of procurement activities
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Participate in the selection of new suppliers

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Procurement Analyst' should have:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent understanding of procurement processes and regulations
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
