Job Description
- Managing a diverse caseload with autonomy.
- Advising on wills, powers of attorney, and trust administration.
- Handling executry administration and succession planning.
- Providing strategic tax and estate planning advice.
The Successful Applicant
- A solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years PQE in private client law.
- Confident in handling a full caseload independently.
- Experienced in wills, trusts, executries, and tax planning.
- Client-focused with strong communication and relationship management skills.
