Job Description

  • Advising clients on wills, tax & estate planning, trusts, and executries.
  • Drafting legal documents related to succession planning.
  • Providing technical advice on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax.
  • Managing client relationships and acting as the primary contact where appropriate.
  • Supporting business development and contributing to the firm's growth.



The Successful Applicant

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in private client law.
  • Experienced in advising on trusts, executries, and tax planning.
  • Confident in managing client relationships and handling complex matters.
  • A strong communicator, able to deliver technical advice clearly.
  • STEP qualified (or working towards it) is highly desirable.
