Job Description
- Advising clients on wills, tax & estate planning, trusts, and executries.
- Drafting legal documents related to succession planning.
- Providing technical advice on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax.
- Managing client relationships and acting as the primary contact where appropriate.
- Supporting business development and contributing to the firm's growth.
The Successful Applicant
- A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in private client law.
- Experienced in advising on trusts, executries, and tax planning.
- Confident in managing client relationships and handling complex matters.
- A strong communicator, able to deliver technical advice clearly.
- STEP qualified (or working towards it) is highly desirable.
