Job Description

  • Supporting solicitors in managing their caseloads, particularly in relation to Wills, Trusts, and Executries.
  • Handling client communications and maintaining client relationships.
  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence in accordance with established procedures.
  • Assisting with probate and estate administration processes.
  • Conducting legal research and fact-checking to assist with case preparation.
  • Maintaining and updating client files and legal databases.
  • Assisting with billing and financial management procedures.
  • Complying with all legal standards and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Client Paralegal should have:

  • A strong academic background in law.
  • Experience in a legal environment, specifically within the private client sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
