The company thrives on commitment to innovation and consistently upholds high standards in delivering complex, bespoke solutions to its clients.Job DescriptionEnsure deadlines are met by assessing and establishing priority tasks, allocating appropriate time for action and providing briefings/summary information in advanceDiary management - managing conflicting demands, recognising the importance and relevance of meetings and the ability to prioritise.Drafting reports and presentation for internal and external audiences, collating contributions from direct reports and other submitters.Carry out research into specific areas, for example helping with due diligence into new initiativesProvide a range of administrative support services including creating and maintenance of management information, spreadsheets, databases and project updates and SharePoint pages.Arranging travel schedules including all material for tripsProactive and effective email managementClient liaison where appropriateCollating daily diary packs with necessary papers, travel information, tickets etcDissemination of information to relevant parts of the businessProviding general administrative support and cover to all PAs during holiday and other absences and general support to the team as requiredThe Successful ApplicantExperience working in a similar role in Financial Services, the Investment or Wealth Management industryProficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS TeamsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyExcellent time management and organisation skillsAble to build relationships, navigate politics and manage/influence stakeholdersAble to use initiative, set own objectives and targets and commit to the delivery of theseMust be discreet and comfortable dealing with confidential informationBroad knowledge of Executive's business areaBroad understanding of corporate governanceAwareness of the Financial Services/Wealth Management industry including regulatory aspectsWhat's on OfferA salary package, ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, plus benefits.An opportunity to work in a supportive and team-oriented environment.Generous holiday leave.A chance to grow your career within the financial services industry.We encourage all qualified candidates from a financial services background who are excited about working in a thriving and vibrant company to apply.
