As a Personal Assistant your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
  • Manage diaries, schedules, and appointments effectively.
  • Prepare necessary documents and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings and take accurate minutes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation when necessary.
  • Maintain an organised filing system.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Personal Assistant' should have:

  • A strong background in secretarial and business support roles.
  • Adept in using MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
