Job Description

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and HR support to the team.
  • Accurately update and maintain employee data and ensure HR and payroll amendments are processed.
  • To complete all People Services administration activity in relation to contracts of employment, termination, rewards and retirement.
  • To support the wider people services and payroll teams in maintaining employee dpf.
  • Answer queries from employees and delegate as appropriate.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings and events.
  • Managing departmental correspondence and communications.
  • Maintaining records and filing systems in compliance with company policies.
  • Accurately maintain and update records in line with GDPR principles including the filing, retention, and archiving of colleague records. To provide support to the wider HR functions.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.



The Successful Applicant

A successful People Services Administrator should have:

  • A solid educational background with good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Experience in a similar secretarial or business support role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in an HR or Payroll administrator role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP is desirable.
  • Knowledge of GDPR principles.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
