Job Description

As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including tax and benefits information.
  • Manage statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and pension contributions.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries from staff and management promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to reconcile payroll accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial services industry regulations and legal requirements.
  • Prepare payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support year-end processes, including P60s and P11Ds.
