Job Description

The Part Time Property Solicitor position based in Swindon will hold the following responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support for projects
  • Managing of leases and other documents for a specific projects.
  • Work closely with Estate managers
  • Checking title deeds
  • Preparing governance papers
  • Managing and advising of any potential risks
  • Ensure that deadlines are met



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Part Time Property Solicitor will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong background of working with legal property based role
  • Hold a recognised legal qualification
  • Experience of dealing with title deeds
  • Experience of working on projects would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills

What's on Offer

This is a long term contract position working approximately 3 days a week.

Flexibility around days and working hours can be arranged.
