A Customer Care Representative is required to join a busy customer service department in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of providing excellent customer service, problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented approach. This role is part time 16 hours 16 hours - working 8 am to 5pm weekendsMust be available for training 5pm - 8pm weekdays (at home)

Job Description

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing high-quality customer service and resolving complaints
  • Logging customer interactions in the company's database
  • Coordinating with other teams to resolve customer issues
  • Provide pre-works consultation to residents to explain upcoming works in their homes.
  • Distribute clear and timely correspondence to residents before work commences.
  • Conduct group and individual consultation events regarding future works.
  • Share and implement the client's engagement strategy.
  • Deliver a tailored communication plan to residents for the duration of the works.
  • Collect resident feedback and satisfaction data in line with client and company requirements.
  • Upload and share feedback through the appropriate systems and to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure all communication meets the expectations of residents, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Where necessary, issue and collect resident satisfaction surveys.

A successful Customer Care Representative should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
