Job Description

Key responsibilities of the PA to Directors include:

  • Manage the Directors diaries, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and letters, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
  • Maintain organised filing systems for both electronic and physical records.
  • Support the Director's with financial and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries to the Directors.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events or special projects when required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful PA to Directors will have:

  • Prior experience in a PA/EA position.
  • Experience within the educational industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • An ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
