  • Providing legal advice on insolvency and corporate restructuring matters.

  • Conducting negotiations on behalf of clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring Partner' should have:

  • A qualification in Law from a recognised institution.
