Job Description

  • Lead and manage a comprehensive range of employment, pensions, and/or immigration cases.
  • Provide expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high quality service delivery.
  • Oversee the effective management of case files, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the legal department.
  • Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in employment, pensions, and immigration law.
  • Ensure the achievement of set targets and objectives within the legal department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Employment/Pensions/Immigration Partner should have:

  • Be a registered solicitor or barrister in England & Wales.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment, pensions, and immigration law.
  • Proven experience in a senior legal role within the business services industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • A degree in law from a recognised institution.
