Job Description

  • Oversee a data privacy caseload.
  • Lead on the business development of the data privacy practice.
  • Work closely with other practice areas to generate work.
  • Lead data privacy training and awareness programs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Data Privacy Partner should have:

  • A solicitor or barrister in England & Wales.
  • Proven experience in data privacy and protection.
  • Strong understanding of UK and EU data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
