Job Description

The role of Operations Team Leader - Weekends in Birmingham will involve:

  • Working a rotating shift - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday ( Wk1 6am-2pm / Wk2 2pm-10pm)
  • Leading and managing a team of operational colleagues
  • Overseeing operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Regular and effective communication with the customer
  • Implementing process improvements within the department
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinating with other departments to optimise operations and procedures
  • Monitoring and reporting on team performance
  • Handling any escalated customer service issues

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Team Leader - Weekends should have:

  • A proven track record in a leadership role within a warehouse environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
