Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Develop operational policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
  • Manage relationships with partners and vendors.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure the workforce is utilised effectively.
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
  • Evaluate risk to forecast and minimise potential issues.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Manager should have:

  • A strong background in operational policies, specifically within a Not for Profit organisation.
  • Excellent knowledge of operations management and organisational effectiveness.
  • Good understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to think outside the box and solve problems.
  • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
