Job Description

  • Plan and execute the end-to-end office move project within agreed time-lines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a seamless relocation process.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including risk assessment and contingency measures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations during the move.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates and address any concerns.
  • Manage the allocation and installation of office equipment and IT infrastructure at the new location.
  • Oversee the decommissioning of the current office space, ensuring proper disposal of materials.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to business operations throughout the project life cycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Move Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing office relocation or similar large-scale projects.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to meet project deadlines.
