Job Description

As an Office Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and timely task completion.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for team members.
  • Support with invoice matching, chasing and processing.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and telephone calls, with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and liaise with suppliers when necessary.
  • Assist with organising events or projects as required by the team.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures in all office activities.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new staff members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Previous experience in secretarial or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in office software, including word processing and spreadsheet tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with general office procedures and best practices.
