They are a really, really friendly place to work as well as being really professional and hard working.Job DescriptionOversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive, efficient and welcoming work environmentService all office equipment (e.g. photocopier, coffee machine etc)Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed, including managing external contractors for minor or ongoing issuesManage inventory and procurement, ensuring cost-effective purchasingMaintain inventory of all equipment, office keys etc.Act as point of contact with our IT providerOpening and sorting the incoming post & managing outgoing postHandle generic email mailboxHealth & SafetyOversee HR function including staff on-boarding, off-boarding and employee records managementAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresAct as point of contact with our outsourced HR consultantsAct as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environmentCoordinate employee benefits, leave requests, and payroll administrationHandle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all timesLiaise with insurance companies for arrangements of Terms of Business and other admin requirementsCarry out file checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of filed dataThere will also be a PA element to the role. That could be booking some travel, sorting visas etc for the CEOPlease note this role is 4 days a week Monday - Thursday in the office in North West London.
