Job Description

  • Leading the design and development of new products
  • Collaborating with the Manufacturing team to align design with strategic objectives
  • Providing creative input to enhance product innovation
  • Contributing to product line success through innovative design
  • Working closely with production teams to ensure design feasibility
  • Participating in product review and improvement processes
  • Staying updated on industry trends to inform design decisions
  • Ensuring all design activities adhere to company guidelines and standards

The Successful Applicant

A successful NPD Product Designer should have:

  • A strong background in consumer jewellery product design - both freehand and computer-aided
  • Proven experience in leading design projects
  • Creative flair and a passion for innovation
  • Solid understanding of the jewellery industry and market trends
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • A degree in Design or related field
