We are seeking a diligent Multi Skilled Engineer to join our dedicated engineering team. This role is critical to maintaining and improving the efficiency of our industrial machinery within our manufacturing facility.

Job Description

  • Ensuring all equipment is serviced and maintained in accordance with the company's guidelines.
  • Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs promptly.
  • Undertaking routine preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Identifying and suggesting improvements to the manufacturing process.
  • Complying with health and safety standards at all times.
  • Collaborating with the wider engineering team to meet department objectives.
  • Troubleshooting complex machinery issues.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multi Skilled Engineer should have:

  • Completed a recognised, certificated mechanical/Electrical Apprenticeship.
  • Educated to HNC standard or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and machinery.
  • Experience working in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.
  • An aptitude for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ideally 18th Edition.
