Job Description

As Membership Consultant, you will:

  • Handle membership inquiries, providing detailed information about available services and packages.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new members, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain and update membership records with precision and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for all members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
  • Sell, monitor and follow up on memberships to maintain high retention rates.
  • Provide administrative support to the Membership and Sales team.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the membership programme.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Membership Consultant should have:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing, sales or administrative role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and membership management systems.
  • A professional and courteous demeanour when dealing with clients and team members.
