Job Description

  • Manage and optimise product listings across multiple online marketplaces.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase online sales.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and agency department to create engaging content.
  • Monitor and report on marketplace performance and sales.
  • Identify new marketplace opportunities and trends.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure stock levels are maintained.
  • Resolve any marketplace-related issues in a timely manner.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketplace Coordinator should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce.
  • Excellent strategic planning and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of online content creation and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
