This role will be responsible for owning the marketing and customer strategy and will have brand transformation and technology transformation experience.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities of the Marketing Planning Director:Develop and deliver multi-year marketing plans aligned to overall business objectives.P&L ownership for the Marketing and Design function; setting and managing multi-million-pound budgets and tracking spend and performanceLead on Marketing measurement and reporting into Finance, ExCo and wider product and segment forum Play a pivotal leadership role across UK Marketing and Design in delivering against our wider transformation agenda.
