Job Description

  • Develop and implement engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Create compelling content for various communication channels.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications.
  • Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
  • Contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the organisation.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative brief meetings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing and Communications Officer should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Experience using Dotdigital
  • Proficiency in content management systems.
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
  • An understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
  • An understanding of PR and how to maximise media opportunities.
